GROUP COMPANY AND COTTON FIELD
Vobkent Tola LLC is part of a prestigious group company, encompassing a fully integrated spinning mill with 23 tons of daily production. We produce 24-30/1 yarns. We proudly maintain our own cotton field farm Bukhara Agro Klaster LLC dedicated to producing 50.000 tons of cottons per year.
2. Astra Global and Amirtex step into the production process. With our embriodery and printing systems we are managing the whole production process in house. Our journey begins with meticulously grown cotton and silkworms, progressing through every stage of fabric weaving, manufacturing, printing, and embroidery services, all under stringent quality control measures.
CAPACITY
- Cotton field : 50.000 Tons/ year
- Spinning: 600 tonnes/month
- Knitting: 150 tonnes (own), 260 tonnes (outsourced)/month
- Dyeing: 410 tonnes/month
- Sewing: 1.500.000 pcs/ month in Amirtex 2.500.000 pcs/ month with subcontarctors
- Printing: 1.000.000 prints/month in house 2.000.000 prints/ month with subcontractors
- Embroidery 500.000 pcs/month in house 1.000.000 pcs/month with subcontractors
